ESA Foundation

Events

Focused on creating opportunities for America’s youth, the ESA Foundation hosts a number of educational and fundraising events throughout the year.

They range from game jams to annual galas to panels and workshops conducted in conjunction with the video game industry’s tradeshow, E3.

The intent of each event is to provide underrepresented students with opportunities to pursue their interest in video games while engaging in STEAM learning and forging pathways into the industry.

Nite to Unite Light the Night

Nite to Unite Light the Night is the ESA Foundation’s biggest fundraiser of the year, an annual gala that takes place in San Francisco and gathers together more 600 video game industry leaders to celebrate the industry’s philanthropy and raise money for the Foundation’s mission.
